De m\u00eame qu\u2019en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, l\u2019inflation repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 65,3 % la premi\u00e8re source de pr\u00e9occupation des Fran\u00e7ais, loin devant le manque d\u2019\u00e9pargne (10,3 %) ou les taux d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s (4,5 %).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>73,2 % des consommateurs fran\u00e7ais pr\u00e9voient ainsi de r\u00e9duire leurs d\u00e9penses li\u00e9es aux f\u00eates de fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e<\/strong>. Dans cette optique, beaucoup comptent profiter des p\u00e9riodes d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements promotionnels (Black Friday, Cyber Monday\u2026) : un Fran\u00e7ais sur deux (51,2 %) pr\u00e9voit de r\u00e9aliser de la moiti\u00e9 \u00e0 la totalit\u00e9 de ses achats durant ces p\u00e9riodes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/shipstation-staging.local\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/10\/image-1-768x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1015\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-comportements-consommateur-qui-s-adaptent\">Des comportements consommateur qui s\u2019adaptent<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec ces pr\u00e9occupations \u00e9conomiques en t\u00eate, les Fran\u00e7ais s\u2019adaptent, changent leurs habitudes et\u2026s\u2019y prennent en avance ! En effet, 35,7 % des consommateurs pr\u00e9voient de faire leurs achats plus t\u00f4t que d&#8217;habitude cette ann\u00e9e. Dans les faits, c\u2019est plus de <strong>trois Fran\u00e7ais sur<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>cinq <\/strong>(62 %) qui comptent <strong>d\u00e9marrer leur shopping avant fin octobre<\/strong>. Autre impact : 15,1 % des Fran\u00e7ais pr\u00e9voient d&#8217;acheter plus d&#8217;articles de seconde main lors des f\u00eates de fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2023. Pour les consommateurs, les plateformes du march\u00e9 de l\u2019occasion offrent de nombreux avantages, dont celui de pouvoir acheter des cadeaux \u00e0 un prix plus bas pour \u00e9conomiser de l&#8217;argent, selon 23,7 % d\u2019entre eux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marketplace, un canal qui a la cote aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la saison des f\u00eates, les achats en ligne auront la cote : 83 % des consommateurs fran\u00e7ais pr\u00e9voient de faire en ligne tout ou une partie de leur shopping de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e. Un canal sera notamment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour l\u2019occasion : la marketplace. Qu\u2019elle soit g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste (ex. Amazon), sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e (ex. Etsy, ManoMano) ou locales (ex. Cocote, Facebook Marketplace), 88,4 % des consommateurs pr\u00e9voient d\u2019avoir recours \u00e0 des marketplaces pour r\u00e9aliser leurs achats. En France, <strong>les d\u00e9penses estim\u00e9es sur les marketplaces s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 dix milliards d\u2019euros pour<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>le dernier trimestre 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les consommateurs, les principaux avantages de fr\u00e9quenter ces plateformes plut\u00f4t que des sites de marques ou de d\u00e9taillants sont avant tout \u00e9conomiques : 46,3 % des Fran\u00e7ais d\u00e9signent en premier lieu les prix et les offres plus comp\u00e9titifs, puis \u00e0 43,1 % la facilit\u00e9 de comparaison des produits et des prix et enfin \u00e0 27,8 %, le fait d\u2019avoir un compte qui donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des offres et \u00e0 une meilleure exp\u00e9rience de livraison (ex. Amazon Prime).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matthew Trattles, VP of SMB Revenue chez Auctane (groupe op\u00e9rationnel de Packlink et ShipStation) d\u00e9clare : \u00ab <em>Si l\u2019esprit des f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e sera bien pr\u00e9sent chez les Fran\u00e7ais cette ann\u00e9e, les conditions \u00e9conomiques incertaines m\u00e8nent de nombreux m\u00e9nages \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur budget et \u00e0 d\u00e9buter leurs achats festifs plus t\u00f4t pour \u00e9taler les co\u00fbts. En ce sens, les marketplaces et le march\u00e9 de la seconde main sont appel\u00e9es \u00e0 jouer des r\u00f4les consid\u00e9rables pour les consommateurs en qu\u00eate de bonnes affaires et de flexibilit\u00e9.
